Hi, I'm Раwеł Grzеgоrz Witе𝑘
aka Greg Wit
—a Silesian, cross-disciplinary creative, in service to the world.
A 'Modern Renaissance Thinker'.
I split my time between collaborating on innovation projects, mentoring creative entrepreneurs, and pursuing my own artistic ventures.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve developed a skill set that empowers me not only to support a broad range of creative individuals and organisations in driving holistic innovation, but also to transform my own visions into inspiring ventures that seek to leave a positive mark.
If you're a forward-thinking creative entrepreneur, let's collaborate to bring our big ideas to life so that we can shape a brighter future for all.

My path to creative success
After several failed attempts to get my own projects off the ground, as a young emerging creative, I did what most people do and moved into full-time employment—only to return two decades later to where I started. That detour however fundamentally reshaped how I view creativity today and taught me lessons I would otherwise never have learned.
That adventure began as a graphic designer in advertising in the early 2000s and progressed over the years into senior leadership roles across several top-tier creative agencies in Europe, eventually leading me to become part of the team that established the iconic frog design studio in London, one of the most pivotal moments of my career.
During that period, I was privileged to collaborate with a broad spectrum of professionals, from early-stage ventures to Fortune 500 corporations, completing more than 200 projects and witnessing many successes and setbacks, from seeing companies rise to become leaders in their industries to startups recklessly risking it all, only to end up bankrupt and disappear.
These experiences taught me that focusing exclusively on superficial outcomes—like chasing awards, titles, or the next 'big hit'—will never leave you creatively fulfilled unless you're willing to embrace both your ups and downs and see your work as a process of transformation.
Only then will you see the need to question the status quo and tie your work to something that resonates with you on a deeper level. It’s that personal touch and authentic point of view that today many creatives who struggle overlook, only to later wonder why they've hit a wall. It took me twenty years to connect these dots, but you don’t have to.
Today, my mission is to help you bridge that gap and embrace what I call the Modern Renaissance Thinker mindset—the revival of your holistic pursuit of mastery in service to the world.
We are versatile by nature, but the system we live in conditions us to suppress that innate quality and stick to one lane, keeping us in a tunnel vision that narrows our perspective and negatively impacts our well-being. Embracing every part of who you are is the only way to open yourself to the richness of life and shield from the otherwise inevitable burnout.
The catch, however, is that to truly close the circle, you must find a way to combine those facets into something you’re ready to fight for—something that will keep you going when times get tough because there is no love without sacrifice.
True creative success isn’t something you can outsource to AI or copy from others. It’s a deeply personal journey that requires a lifelong commitment to both personal and professional growth and the emotional maturity to use it to help others.
