On September 21, 2021, Chase, the largest consumer bank in the United States, launched its digital banking services in the United Kingdom, marking its first retail banking operation outside the U.S. I had the privilege of collaborating with JPMorgan’s team to design a minimalist, numberless bank card crafted from recyclable plastic with an iridescent reflective coating. I guided them through the entire process, from concept to production, helping them make a bold statement in the industry.
